All new Driver names now follow the format TeamName.Driver. Drivers created before this point will remain in the original Driver@TeamName format.
Base Dispatcher Subscription
The Base Dispatcher Subscription for Team RoadWarrior is $10/month - billed every month, starting from when you sign up (i.e., if you sign up on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of each month).
The Base Subscription includes a Dispatcher account with access to the Team Admin web desktop planner, with a quota of 500 Optimized Stops and 500 searches per day.
Warrior Tip: If you are upgrading from a Pro account, and no longer wish to keep up your Pro account, you must cancel your Pro subscription through the Google Play Store or the App Store.
You can add additional Driver accounts to your subscription through the Team Web App. Each Driver account is $5/month, and comes with an additional 500 Optimized Stop and 500 search Quota. To manage Drivers, open the "Drivers" tab in the Web App.
With the Base Dispatcher Subscription, you get a Quota of 500 Optimized Stops per day, as well as 500 searches per day. Users rarely hit these quotas, as they are primarily designed to prevent abuse and keep speeds high.
Each Driver account purchased adds 500 optimized stops and 500 searches added per day to the account quotas.
Manage your Subscription
Update Payment Method
To Change your payment method, first log in to the Team Web App. Tap the gear menu button at the top of the screen, and select Profile and Settings. Click 'Quota and Billing', and scroll down to the bottom where you will see the Update Payment Method button.
Receipts and Billing Records
You can find all of your Billing Records through the Billing Portal. Access the Portal through the Web App: Click the Settings gear at the top of the screen, then select 'Profile and Settings', then 'Quota and Billing.' Scroll down and you'll find the link to our Billing Portal.
Restart an old Subscription
To restart an old Team subscription, simply log in to the Team Web App, and follow the prompts. If you were subscribed under the old payment plan, you will be prompted to select the Drivers you wish to bring onto the new payment plan. You'll also have the opportunity to change your previous payment method.
Cancel a Subscription
If you would like to cancel auto renewal of your subscription, you can do so by logging into the Team website, then click the gear menu button at the top of the screen, select 'Profile and Settings', then 'Quota and Billing'. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, where you will find the 'Stop Auto Renew' button.
